Wear It Purple Day

Engadine High School

In August EHS celebrated Wear It Purple Day, which celebrates diversity and inclusivity in our school community. Student and staff donned purple clothing to make a statement that EHS is a safe and welcoming place for all students, regardless of gender or sexual identity.

We were proud to see so many of our students painting rainbows on their faces, proclaiming their ideas on inclusivity in our photo booth and giving one another purple flowers to celebrate the day. EHS continues to lead our community as a place that values inclusivity and defends the right of every student to be proud of who they are.
