Students visit Luna Park to study business operations

Engadine High School

Year 12 Business Studies and Year 9 & 10 Commerce students recently had the opportunity to visit Luna Park as part of their studies on the operation of businesses, specifically looking at marketing.

After experiencing peak-hour train travel (having to change trains at Town Hall with 50+ students is a definitely a challenge but one we achieved), we arrived at Milsons Point to the smiling face of Luna Park.

After a presentation on the business side of the park, students experienced the fun side of Luna Park, visiting the old favourites of Dodgem City, Coney Island and the Ferris Wheel, while also riding the exhilarating Hair Raiser, Tango Train, Wild Mouse and Tumble Bug.

A great, but exhausting day was had by all, led by Mr Carlon, Miss Carson, Ms Morgan-Monk and Mrs Staples.
